I would like to exchange my product
An exchange is not a problem as long as your product is still unworn, the original packaging including accessories is present and the return period of 14 days has not been exceeded.
Contact us using our service form our team and let us know which products you would like to exchange.
I would like to return/return a product
It's really a shame that it didn't work out for you and your MAGNETO model!
A return is possible for 14 days provided the product is unworn and the original packaging including accessories is present. Please adhere to the cancellation policy from the Terms and Conditions and send the model to:

So that we can allocate your package immediately and guarantee quick processing, please enclose the printed cancellation form and the printed invoice for your order with the package.
As soon as we have received your return, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days. If you ordered on account, our payment provider Klarna will be informed of the credit.

How or where can I check my shipment status?
As soon as we have packed your order and made it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you will find your DHL shipment number and also the link for tracking the shipment.
Are the MAGNETO watches available on Amazon?

Similar watches that you find on Amazon are not original MAGNETO watches and show the time the wrong way round! Please pay attention to the arrangement of the hour and minute hands.

What distinguishes a MAGNETO WATCH from other providers?
We are the first magnetic watch manufacturer with a technical solution developed in Germany, which allows us to position the outer and inner spheres according to the hand arrangement typical in Europe.
The outer ball replaces the minute hand and the inner ball replaces the hour hand. You can therefore read the MAGNETO watches like any other analog wristwatch.
How do I read the time on MAGNETO watches?
The MAGNETO watches have two metal spheres that circle the dial using magnetism. You can think of it like moons orbiting a planet. The outer ball replaces the minute hand, the inner ball replaces the hour hand.
Why can the spheres move freely?
This is the magic trick of MAGNETO watches that always leaves people amazed! If you give the spheres momentum, for example by jerking your wrist, they will release and swing freely in their orbits. As soon as they have reached the right place (time), they snap into place on the magnet and show you the exact time. This is another feature of the MAGNETO watches and makes them something very special.
Can the spheres fall out?
No, the spheres are anchored in a cone-shaped track and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out, they can only move in their path.
Are the MAGNETO watches powered by batteries?
Yes, the MAGNETO watches are powered by a conventional watch battery. The battery size is 371 (SR920SW) with 1.55V.
Why do MAGNETO watches have no glass?
This is one of the special features of MAGNETO watches. The spheres move in conical raceways and cannot fall out. If some dust gets into the raceways, it's not the end of the world and it doesn't affect functionality in any way. You can easily blow out dirt particles or remove them with the included cleaning cloth.
Are the MAGNETO watches waterproof?
The MAGNETO watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. This makes them splash-proof. This means that a little splash of water cannot harm the watches. However, you should definitely take the watch off when swimming.

Can the bracelet be replaced?
Yes, the bracelets of the MAGNETO watches are compatible with each other. They have a lug width of 20mm. This means you can get any MAGNETO model with any of our bracelets or additional bracelets order. Exceptions are the women's watches MAGNETO Venus and MAGNETO Bella because they have a narrower bracelet than the remaining models.
Are MAGNETO watches also available in retail stores?

We offer purchase on account with Klarna.
With Klarna on account, you have 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods to pay your invoice.

Something went wrong with the order/payment - what now?
If there were any problems with the payment process, please proceed as follows:
- Please check your email inbox to see whether you have received an order confirmation from us. If this is the case, then the payment has worked and we will process your order as quickly as possible.
- Please check all email inboxes including spam folders.
- If you have not received an order confirmation by email, then you can be sure that no order has been received by us and no payment has been made to us. Simply place the order again and pay attention to the order confirmation by email.

How does the ordering process work?
If you have not received an order confirmation, this could be due to the following reasons:
- Was the wrong email address entered?
- Did the email end up in the spam folder of your email account?
- The order was not completed successfully.
How or where can I check my order status?
As soon as we have packed your order and prepared it for dispatch, you will receive a notification by email. In this email you will find the DHL shipment number including the link to track the shipment.
Can I change my order later?
It is very important to us that every customer receives their package as quickly as possible. Since we process and ship the order within a short period of time, subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible.
My discount code doesn't work
Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be combined. This means that only one code can be applied per order. The respective code can be redeemed in the checkout using the “Apply discount code” field.
If your discount includes a free product, it is important to add this to your shopping cart as well. Please also note the conditions of the discount or the respective promotion.
If it doesn't work again, please send us a message using our service form a screenshot of the error message and the discount code. We will endeavor to find a quick solution. :)
Delivery
How does shipping work?
We ship internationally with DHL. Shipping is free of charge for you. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and, when dispatched, a shipping confirmation including a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
So that your product arrives quickly and in perfect condition, we ship your orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Your order will then arrive within 2-3 working days.
Do you also deliver to DHL packing stations?

My product arrived damaged. What now?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please proceed as follows:
- Fill out our service form and send photos of all sides of the product so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
The shipment status does not change - what can I do?
Waiting is no fun - of course we know how annoying it can be if there are problems or delays in shipping.
If the status of your package has not changed for a few days, please feel free to contact us via Contact service form . We can then request an investigation for you from DHL.
My package arrived empty or damaged - what now?
We are sorry that your model was damaged or that the package arrived empty. Please proceed as follows:
- Report the damage immediately to DHL.
- Fill out our service form and send us photos of all pages of the pact and the content so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
